شروط الخدمة

من خلال الشراء من نجد اس ام بي ، فإنك توافق على ما يلي:

1. المنتجات الرقمية

جميع العناصر المباعة هي عناصر رقمية داخل لعبة ماينكرافت خاصة بسيرفرنا. لا يتم شحن أي منتجات مادية.

2. سياسة عدم الاسترجاع

جميع المشتريات نهائية. نظرًا لأن العناصر رقمية ويتم تسليمها فورًا، فإننا لا نقدم أي استرداد أو إرجاع تحت أي ظرف من الظروف.

3. عمليات الاعتراض على الدفع (Chargebacks)

في حال فتح نزاع دفع أو استرجاع مبلغ، سيؤدي ذلك إلى:

حظر دائم وفوري من السيرفر

سحب جميع العناصر التي تم شراؤها

إمكانية منعك من الشراء مستقبلًا

4. التسليم

:يتم تسليم العناصر عادةً تلقائيًا خلال 5–15 دقيقة. إذا لم تستلم مشترياتك، افتح تكت في الدسكورد:

5. مسؤولية الحساب

أنت مسؤول عن إدخال اسم مستخدم ماينكرافت الصحيح عند إتمام عملية الشراء. لسنا مسؤولين عن الأسماء غير الصحيحة التي يتم إدخالها أثناء الدفع.

6. تغييرات السيرفر

نحتفظ بالحق في:

تعديل المميزات والرتب

إعادة تعيين السيرفر

إغلاق السيرفر في أي وقت

المشتريات تدعم السيرفر، لكنها لا تضمن استمرارية تشغيله إلى الأبد.

7. عدم الانتماء الرسمي

نحن غير تابعين أو مرتبطين بشركة موجانغ أو مايكروسوفت بأي شكل من الأشكال.

جميع المشتريات تُعتبر تبرعات طوعية مقابل الحصول على مميزات داخل اللعبة.



Terms of Service

By purchasing from NajdSMP, you agree to the following:

1. Digital Goods

All items sold are digital in-game items for our Minecraft server. No physical goods are shipped.

2. No Refund Policy

All purchases are final. Because items are delivered instantly and are digital goods, we do not offer refunds under any circumstances.

3. Chargebacks

Initiating a chargeback or payment dispute will result in:

Immediate permanent ban from the server

Revocation of all purchased items

Possible blacklisting from future purchases

4. Delivery

Items are usually delivered automatically within 5–15 minutes. If you do not receive your purchase, open a ticket in our discord

5. Account Responsibility

You are responsible for entering the correct Minecraft username. We are not responsible for incorrect usernames entered at checkout.

6. Server Changes

We reserve the right to:

Modify perks and ranks

Reset the server

Shut down the server at any time

Purchases support the server but do not guarantee server uptime forever.

7. Not Affiliated

We are not affiliated with Mojang Studios or Microsoft.

All purchases are considered voluntary donations in exchange for in-game perks.
